Ordered the wrong size or colour?

We will be happy to exchange a product for you, just get in contact and let us know. The item must be returned in a saleable condition, unused and in original packaging with tags attached where applicable.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they contact The Fussy Filly to notify them of a return and ensure the goods are returned. We strongly advise that you obtain proof of postage. We cannot compensate you for failure of delivery.

A replacement item will be sent upon receipt of the returned item in saleable quality.
We will be unable to issue either if the returned items are damaged (with exemption of faulty goods).
Please note all exchange orders will incur a smaller postal charge of £2.00.

Receiving a refund

When a buyer changes their mind The Fussy Filly will refund the price of the item if notified within 28 days of purchase.

The item must be returned in a saleable condition, unused and in original packaging with tags attached where applicable.
